Super Pomegranate Salad, Under 20 Cook, Healthy Alkaline Fast Food Recipes



Ingredient:
Pomegranate: 1 De-Seed
Olive: 10-15
Sunflower seeds
Strawberry : 4-5
Broccoli: 1 or more heads broccoli
Welsh Onion: 4 stems
 Asparagus: 5 stems
Cucumber: 1 medium size
Salt, pepper
Olive oil: 2 table spoons
Fresh Lime Juice



Instruction:
Slice the strawberries and cucumber round. De-seed one pomegranate and add it to the strawberries.
Cut asparagus in half and cook them for 15 minutes in a cup of water, then let them cool down. 
Cut welsh onions, Slice straight through the broccoli stem as close to the crown as you can get. The crown should break into several large florets. Cut through the "trunk" of each floret to make bite-sized pieces. Add them to the other ingredients. Add salt, pepper, olives, fresh lime juice and olive oil and mix them together.  Enjoy it
