Quinoa Super Salad- Under 20 Cook- Alkaline Fast Healthy Food




Ingredient:
Welsh Onion
1 Avocado
Pineapple
Broccoli
Parsley: copped and diced: 2 table spoon
Cooked Quinoa: ¼ cups
Cucumber: 1 medium
1 handful of seeds & nuts (sesame, sunflower, walnuts and pumpkin)
Cooked Beetroot: 3 small
Olive Oil:
Salt and pepper
Fresh Lemon Juice
Red Cabbage




Instruction:
Peel the beetroots, put them in hot water and let it cook with medium heat for an hour.  Let it cool down then chop them into small pieces.
Let quinoa cook with cup of water for 30 minutes then let it cool down
 Peel the cucumber and slice it round.  Cut welsh onion to small pieces. Chop pineapple however you like.
Now mix all the ingredients together: welsh onion, beetroot, cucumber, avocado, seeds, quinoa, red cabbage, parsley, pine apple, salt and pepper, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
