Chicken Rollet with Vegetables, Under 20 Cook, Fast Healthy Food Recipes


Ingredients:
Chicken Breast: 2 Pieces
Salt & pepper
Parsley, mint, basil and fennel, chopped: 1 cup
Bread Crumbs: 3-4 table spoons
Garlic powder, sumac and thyme
Frying Oil




Ground the chicken breast and add salt and pepper, take a small piece (egg size), pan it, sprinkle garlic powder, sumac and thyme.
Spread parsley, mint, basil and fennel on chicken, then roll it in the bread crumbs, until evenly coated and then roll it up tightly and secure it with toothpicks before fry it in the oil
