Fried Chicken

Fried Chicken


Ingredients:

Chicken Legs/Breast: 1lb
Onion:2 Medium
Garlic Clove: 1
Green bell pepper:1 Small
Fresh Lemon Juice: 4
Salt
white flour or bread crumbs
Frying Oil








1) Chop & dice onions, Garlic Clove and bell green
pepper to small pieces in a bowl.

2) Add salt & squeeze fresh lemons. Mix it all and marinate
your chicken for as long as possible
(over night) or possibly two hours.

3) Seal the bowl with plastic wrap and
put it in the refrigerator.
4) Heat oil in your frying pan.

5) Pour flour in another bowl, take one piece of chicken,
roll it in flour, take it out, shake the excess flour off the
chicken and add the piece to the pan.

6) Cook the chicken pieces for about
10 minutes per side.

7) Drain chicken on paper towels.
