Salmon Salad, under 20 Cook, Healthy Alkaline Fast Food Recipes





Salmon Salad:
Ingredients:
Water: 1 Cup
Asparagus: 100 gr, ¼ pound
Pasta: ¼ cup
Black pepper powder
Salmon Fish: 1/3 pounds
Red bell pepper: 1 small
Red onion: 1/8 Cup
Barley: ¼ Cup
Fresh lemon juice & olive oil





Bring the water to boil in a pan and add asparagus, let it cook for 10 minutes, take them out and rinse them well. Cut them in half lengthways.
Cut red bell pepper to small pieces. shred the red onion on grater on the "large holes"
Add a little salt and pepper to salmon, wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the middle rack of the oven for 45 minutes in 450 degree, let it cool down for a few minutes. Cut it in pieces.
Cook barley and pasta separately and let them cool down. Put them in a big bowl and add salt, pepper, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped and diced red onions, salmon fish and asparagus.
