Super Pomegranate Salad, Under 20 Cook, Healthy Alkaline Fast Food Recipes



Ingredient:
Pomegranate: 1 De-Seed
Olive: 10-15
Sunflower seeds
Strawberry : 4-5
Broccoli: 1 or more heads broccoli
Welsh Onion: 4 stems
 Asparagus: 5 stems
Cucumber: 1 medium size
Salt, pepper
Olive oil: 2 table spoons
Fresh Lime Juice



Instruction:
Slice the strawberries and cucumber round. De-seed one pomegranate and add it to the strawberries.
Cut asparagus in half and cook them for 15 minutes in a cup of water, then let them cool down. 
Cut welsh onions, Slice straight through the broccoli stem as close to the crown as you can get. The crown should break into several large florets. Cut through the "trunk" of each floret to make bite-sized pieces. Add them to the other ingredients. Add salt, pepper, olives, fresh lime juice and olive oil and mix them together.  Enjoy it

Quinoa Super Salad- Under 20 Cook- Alkaline Fast Healthy Food




Ingredient:
Welsh Onion
1 Avocado
Pineapple
Broccoli
Parsley: copped and diced: 2 table spoon
Cooked Quinoa: ¼ cups
Cucumber: 1 medium
1 handful of seeds & nuts (sesame, sunflower, walnuts and pumpkin)
Cooked Beetroot: 3 small
Olive Oil:
Salt and pepper
Fresh Lemon Juice
Red Cabbage




Instruction:
Peel the beetroots, put them in hot water and let it cook with medium heat for an hour.  Let it cool down then chop them into small pieces.
Let quinoa cook with cup of water for 30 minutes then let it cool down
 Peel the cucumber and slice it round.  Cut welsh onion to small pieces. Chop pineapple however you like.
Now mix all the ingredients together: welsh onion, beetroot, cucumber, avocado, seeds, quinoa, red cabbage, parsley, pine apple, salt and pepper, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.

Leek (Welsh Onion) Coco- Under 20 Cook- Healthy Alkaline Fast Food Recipes



Ingredients

Leek (Welsh Onion)Coco
Potato: 5 Medium size
Leek or Welsh onion: 2 stems
Flour: 2 table spoons
Egg: 2
Salt & pepper



Instruction:
1. Prepare the potatoes by cutting it in half length-ways and shred them on grater on the "large holes" into a large bowl
2. Chop Leek or welsh onion and mix them with the potatoes. Add Salt, pepper, flour and eggs and mix them together
3. Pour frying oil in a pan and set over medium heat.
4. Put one table spoon (egg size) of the mixture in the pan and flat it with your spoon (1/2 inch width), leave it for 10-15 minutes till they are golden brown. Let the other side fry for 10-15 minutes too.
5. Let it cool down and serve it with parsley and sliced tomato

Salmon Salad, under 20 Cook, Healthy Alkaline Fast Food Recipes





Salmon Salad:
Ingredients:
Water: 1 Cup
Asparagus: 100 gr, ¼ pound
Pasta: ¼ cup
Black pepper powder
Salmon Fish: 1/3 pounds
Red bell pepper: 1 small
Red onion: 1/8 Cup
Barley: ¼ Cup
Fresh lemon juice & olive oil





Bring the water to boil in a pan and add asparagus, let it cook for 10 minutes, take them out and rinse them well. Cut them in half lengthways.
Cut red bell pepper to small pieces. shred the red onion on grater on the "large holes"
Add a little salt and pepper to salmon, wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the middle rack of the oven for 45 minutes in 450 degree, let it cool down for a few minutes. Cut it in pieces.
Cook barley and pasta separately and let them cool down. Put them in a big bowl and add salt, pepper, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped and diced red onions, salmon fish and asparagus.

Black Bean Hummus- Under 20 Cook- Alkaline Healthy Food Recipes


Ingredients

200g fresh/dried black beans prepared
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)
1 small handful of basil leaves
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 large pinch of sesame seeds
Optional: red chili to taste
Tahini: 2 table spoons





Instructions
Cook Black beans, to avoid gas that caused by bean, boil dry beans for a couple of minutes, cool it down, soak it in the water overnight, discard the soaking water & cook them in fresh water for an hour.
In a food processor, process black beans, lemon juice, basil, sesame seeds and garlic until thick. If it's TOO thick, you can add a little water or tahini.

Dolma Stuffed Bell Pepper, Under 20 Cook, Fast Healthy Food Recipes






Ingredients:
Onion: 2 medium
Chopped Parsley, mint, oregano
Salt, Pepper & Turmeric
Ground beef or chicken: ½ lb
Rice : 1 ½ cup
split peas: ¼ cups
Raisin: ½ cup
Dried plum: 6 counts
Bell pepper: 4 big
2 tb. spoon tomato paste

Chop and dice onion and fry it with ground beef (chicken)
Cook rice and split peas for half an hour. Add salt, Turmeric and pepper and mix them very well till they become sticky. Add raisin, onion, ground meat and chopped vegetables then mix them together very well.
Cut bell pepper top, remove and clean inside from the seeds, and fill it with the mixture. Put in some walnuts and one dried plum inside each bell pepper and between the mixture, then put the cap back on.
Fill ½ of the pot with hot water, add tomato paste and salt, put bell peppers in the pot, bring the water to boil, cover the pot at medium heat for 45 minutes.



Chicken Rollet with Vegetables, Under 20 Cook, Fast Healthy Food Recipes


Ingredients:
Chicken Breast: 2 Pieces
Salt & pepper
Parsley, mint, basil and fennel, chopped: 1 cup
Bread Crumbs: 3-4 table spoons
Garlic powder, sumac and thyme
Frying Oil




Ground the chicken breast and add salt and pepper, take a small piece (egg size), pan it, sprinkle garlic powder, sumac and thyme.
Spread parsley, mint, basil and fennel on chicken, then roll it in the bread crumbs, until evenly coated and then roll it up tightly and secure it with toothpicks before fry it in the oil

Eggplant Pizza- Under 20 Cook, Fast Healthy Food Recipes


Ingredients:

Tomato Sauce: 4 table spoon
Garlic powder: 1 table spoon (you can add some ginger too)
Eggplant: 1 Medium size, slice it straightly with skin
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Cooked Spinach: 120 Gr
Mozzarella cheese: 100 gr
 Flour Dough




Divide the dough in half flatten it with your hands on a slightly floured work surface. Starting at the center and working outwards, use your fingertips to press the dough to 1/2-inch thick. Turn and stretch the dough until it will not stretch further

Mix Garlic with tomato sauce
Brush the oil to both side of the egg plant and put them in the oven in 180 C. in 15 min till both side tenders
Pour the sauce over the dough and add spinach and then sprinkle the small size of mozzarella cheese
Put the pizza in the over in 200 C until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden

Fancy Potato Coco- Under 20 Cook- Fast Healthy Food Recipes


Ingredients:

• Potato: 4 medium size
• Egg: 4
• Salt, pepper, Turmeric
• bread crumbs : 1 table spoon
• Okra: ¾ Cup
• Jalapeno : 3 small one
• Frying oil




Place the potatoes in a pot of water. Bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
Cut the Okra and Jalapeno round.
Take the potatoes out and let it cool down. Mash the potatoes, then add eggs and mix them very well with Salt, pepper, turmeric and bread crumbs.
Scoop one spoon of the mixture and decorate it with sliced Jalapeno and okra, make sure it sticks to the surface but don't press it too hard, we don't want it goes inside the mixture.
Fry the mixture in a pan with hot oil until it turns golden brown.

Fried Chicken

Fried Chicken


Ingredients:

Chicken Legs/Breast: 1lb
Onion:2 Medium
Garlic Clove: 1
Green bell pepper:1 Small
Fresh Lemon Juice: 4
Salt
white flour or bread crumbs
Frying Oil








1) Chop & dice onions, Garlic Clove and bell green
pepper to small pieces in a bowl.

2) Add salt & squeeze fresh lemons. Mix it all and marinate
your chicken for as long as possible
(over night) or possibly two hours.

3) Seal the bowl with plastic wrap and
put it in the refrigerator.
4) Heat oil in your frying pan.

5) Pour flour in another bowl, take one piece of chicken,
roll it in flour, take it out, shake the excess flour off the
chicken and add the piece to the pan.

6) Cook the chicken pieces for about
10 minutes per side.

7) Drain chicken on paper towels.

Weight loss

I've started with easy 20 minutes workout per day. I know myself, as soon as I start heavy workout and feel the pain and my weakness, I quit.

So for two weeks in a row, I've started with the following videos that I've downloaded from Youtube:

These videos are awesome. Meanwhile I was watching my diets.

I start deep breathing for 10 times, the way that I leaned from 4 inhale and 4 exhale.
After that for 2-3 minutes I have my incantation, talking loud and saying positive words:

Everyday and every way I am getting stronger and stronger/ Happier and Happier/Younger & younger/ wealthier and wealthier or what ever works for you better.


For Breakfast I am eating oatmeal with Cinnamon, raisin and walnuts. It keep me full till noon.

Also I have a glass bottle that I can empty two arrowhead water bottle in it, I squeeze on lemon in it (I want to alkaline my food and drink as much as I can) and drink it till noon.

Around 1:00 pm, I eat my salad which is spinach or broccoli, walnuts, cucumber, alive oil, blue berry (if I have any), and mushroom with a lot of lemon juice.
Half an hour after my salad, I start my lunch which is either chicken soup or chicken with brown rice.

At the middle of the day, again I try my deep breathing for 10 times...

it keeps me full till 6-7 pm in the evening and I drink another 2 bottle water since then.

I try not to eat anything heavy at night unless vegetable soup.

So far I've lost 3 pounds. My goal is losing 15 pounds in 2 months.
